Job Description

The Department of Finance in the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech anticipates one opening for an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor of Practice with specialization in Finance beginning Fall 2022.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience teaching in the Finance curriculum or in industry in a finance-related job. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required. Candidates must be committed to pursuing teaching excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

A Master's degree in Finance, an MBA, and/or a CFA charter are preferred. Experience interacting with a diverse student population is desirable.
