This role is responsible for providing daily support for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of endpoint devices across Tarrant County College (TCC). This role is also responsible for resolving user issues, fulfilling service requests, performing hands on repairs, and supporting routine endpoint management tasks following established procedures, escalating complex issues when needed.

This role is responsible for leading the financial foundation of the College and supporting and advising other administrators and department heads in the accomplishment of organizational goals and objectives. This position is also responsible for providing collaborative financial management leadership for the College, ensuring its short and long-term fiscal health, overseeing the business practices, and ensuring that the budget is linked to and supports the College's strategic plans. This leadership position is also responsible for leading the financial planning and management strategy to include accounting, payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, capital delivery, purchasing, banking, investments, and insurance practices to ensure the needs of students and the community are met and that the College is a good steward of taxpayer resources.
