Adjunct Faculty - English in Multiple campus locations
Adjuncts are hired to teach on a semester basis. Provides academic instruction and student academic support for assigned classes; performs tasks designed to ensure the quality and consistency of academic instruction; develops instructional methods for their assigned course(s) which pertain to the course(s) learning outcomes and course catalog description; adheres to college policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering student-centered instruction, developing accessible syllabi, designing assignments that promote critical academic skills, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely feedback. Additional responsibilities include supporting student learning, ensuring instructional quality and consistency, fostering an inclusive and engaging classroom environment, integrating active learning and technology, and staying current with best practices in teaching.

Workforce Development (WFD) - EMS Provider QRS in Harrisburg, PA
The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) assigned to the Quick Response Service (QRS) Unit provides rapid assessment, stabilization, and emergency medical care on the community college campus and at designated training events. The EMT responds to medical emergencies, supports fire/rescue training exercises, and assists in maintaining readiness of the QRS unit. Care is delivered in accordance with the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Bureau of EMS regulations and within the EMT scope of practice.

Workforce Development (WFD) Instructor - EMS in Harrisburg, PA
The EMS Instructor provides classroom and laboratory instruction to students enrolled in Emergency Medical Services courses and programs at HACC. The instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality education that meets state and national EMS education standards, evaluating student performance, and ensuring compliance with the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Bureau of EMS, and institutional policies. Instructional assignments will be commensurate with the instructor’s certification level (EMR, EMT, Advanced EMT, Paramedic, PHRN, Critical Care, and other material delivered).
