Head Sports Performance Coach Men's D1 Ice Hockey in Michigan
This position will coordinate various aspects of the sports performance, strength and conditioning programming, sports science for the Men’s D1 Ice Hockey program, including but not limited to: working with coaching staff to coordinate appropriate strength and conditioning plans; coordinating with the athletic training staff on appropriate prevention and return to participation programs; and working on special assignments. The position will report directly to the Director of Athletics.

Under the supervision of the Athletic Director, with the guidance of the Head Men’s DI Hockey Coach, the Men’s Hockey General Manager will lead the daily operations of our hockey program including team operations, talent acquisition, roster management, financial allocations, and assist in talent recruitment. The Men’s Hockey General Manager will be the primary liaison for all Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) partnerships, manage student-athlete NIL contract negotiations, NIL agent communications, and financial aid packages. The position will play a key role in software management. Serve as a member of the Athletic Departments Senior Staff and Leadership Team planning for department wide initiatives, projects and vision.
