Job Duties and Responsibilities: Position responsible for the ASC Finance Support Services team serving the NMSU community & business shared services center, by providing day to day customer support for business operations functions (Payroll, PCard, AP, Purchasing, and general finance). Support includes direct customer service (phone calls, emails and walk-ins), intake of finance transactions, tax documents, and initiation or fulfillment of university business transactions on behalf of Aggie Service Center units.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience.
