Position Overview This role is the operational engine of the Murphy Center's student-facing programs. The Assistant Director manages all aspects of pitch competitions, drives marketing and outreach to maximize participation, and builds the pipeline from classroom to competition to accelerator. A key performance objective is growing the Innovate UNT and Breakthrough Ventures competitions to $100,000+ in total prize money by Year 3 while embedding competition requirements into select courses across campus. |

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Psychology, Business, Data Science and four years of professional related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities -Knowledge of event planning and management, including vendor coordination, logistics, on-site execution, digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation |
