The successful applicant will provide expertise in teaching the foundational science aspects of the Doctor of Pharmacy curriculum in areas such as toxicology, pharmacology, and drug metabolism/pharmacokinetics. Candidates with background or expertise in immunology are of particular interest. The successful applicant will also conduct extramurally funded research and provide instruction and training to students and trainees through teaching in graduate educational programs and mentoring in research. Competitive lab start-up funding is available, and the faculty member will have access to outstanding departmental and institutional core facilities.

      UNT Dallas is a dynamically growing institution, and the number of available adjunct positions is dependent on student enrollment, division needs, and approval of the Dean. Adjunct faculty plan classes and implement and evaluate teaching/learning objectives and student learning outcomes.
