Job Summary The Crime Victims Liaison reviews all reports of violent crime, contact victims, assist victim in preparing required paperwork, obtain medical bills and any documented expenses incurred by victim as direct result of crime. Ensure bills and expenses are submitted to the proper agency. Complies, maintains, and submits reports generated for the purpose of maintaining a grant. |

Key Functions/Knowledge/Skills • The Crime Victim Liaison will review all reports of violent crimes and contact the victim, guardian, or designated relative to ensure they are aware of all services and benefits afforded under Article I, Section 30, of the Texas Constitution and Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Chapter 56A. |
Minimum Education & Experience High school graduation or GED plus three years of experience. |
