The Maintenance Worker I assists with minor carpentry repairs and ground upkeep of all B-Metro facilities. Performs routine landscaping maintenance such as trimming trees, hedges, bushes, mowing lawns and other related tasks as necessary utilizing safety precautions. The employee works according to set procedures under the supervision of the Maintenance Worker II/Crew Leader and strictly adheres to all applicable state and local laws, regulations, safety rules, departmental policies and procedures.
