Ability to work independently and as a team member. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience taking the initiative and setting priorities as necessary to manage a heavy workload. Experience with computers, the internet, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, and Access). Previous experience in marketing, public relations, or recruiting is beneficial
