  • Operations Coordinator, Office of Admission in Malibu Campus

    The Operations Coordinator serves as a front line staff member, supporting the supervision of student staff, responding to admission inquiries, and providing administrative support to the Office of Admission. This position is the first point of contact for prospective students and families, managing the campus visit check-in process by providing excellent customer service and serving as a knowledgeable admission representative. The Operations Coordinator coordinates the scheduling and coordination of group tours, including communication with campus partners and student tour guides. This position is charged to represent the University mission to prospective students, parents, counselors, donors, and other visitors as a University ambassador.

  • Shuttle Driver in Malibu Campus

    Pepperdine University, a private, non-profit, faith-based institution, seeks a shuttle driver with a Class B commercial driver's license with a passenger endorsement to safely transport students, faculty, staff, and guests to and from various destinations on and around Pepperdine's campus. This position serves as a front-line ambassador, upholding the University's mission through work performed, warmly welcoming students, community members, and guests, and providing directional information as needed. As a Pepperdine Transit team member, the Shuttle Driver will be one of the first and most regular faces interacting with our passengers. There will be occasions on which departments within the University will request off-campus special events that will require shuttle services and serve those with accessibility needs, following ADA regulations. The incumbent will be expected to reflect Pepperdine's high customer service standards with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

  • Director of Alumni Engagement, Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS) in West LA Campus

    The Director of Alumni Engagement plays a crucial role in fostering enduring relationships with alumni, students, faculty, and staff at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS). This position is responsible for executing strategic initiatives to enhance alumni engagement, contributing to the development of a vibrant alumni community, and supporting the strategic goals of the Alumni Affairs Strategic Plan, the Advancement Strategic Plan, the Ascend Together University Strategic Plan, the PGBS Dean, and future strategic directives. Reporting directly to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Alumni Affairs, the Director oversees various events, programs, initiatives, and resources in support of alumni engagement primarily for the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, but at times also for all six schools of Pepperdine University. This position manages affinity groups and online communities, actively working to promote the mission of Pepperdine and PGBS to develop value-centered leaders, advance responsible business practices, and elevate, celebrate, and honor our alumni.

    The Technology Support & AV Integration Specialist is an entry-level position focusing on providing user support, troubleshooting technology issues, maintaining audio-visual systems, and assisting with administrative tasks related to technology resources. The Specialist will work closely with the Technology Support Manager and collaborate with student workers to ensure seamless technology integration and a positive user experience. The position may require occasional evening and weekend work to support events and special projects.

  • Manager, Assessment in Calabasas Campus

    The Manager of Assessment supports the Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) by assisting with assessment activities for program outcome improvements and institutional compliance with the WASC—Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) requirements and standards. The incumbent will assist faculty with assessing student learning pertaining to program learning outcomes, general education, and core competency, as well as institutional learning outcome. In addition, the incumbent will support faculty in their use of an assessment management system for data collection and reporting. This position reports to the assistant director of assessment and works closely with the associate director of special projects.
