Job Summary: The Administrative Specialist I TRIO - Upward Bound position is responsible for providing senior-level clerical, administrative, and project support for the Upward Bound program. This position may serve as the primary point of operational and administrative contact for internal and external constituencies, often on complex and confidential issues. This position is expected to have a high level of TRIO Program-specific knowledge. |

Required Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree or 60 hours and two (2) years' working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements; or any equivalent combination of education and work-related to the Essential Performance Requirements |

Preferred Qualifications: ⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience in a college or university setting related to the Essential Performance Requirements |
