Job Summary: This role is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Fire and Rescue Training Center and programs. This position is expected to help determine the direction of the center, monitor program budgets, and to lead institutional and community outreach. This position is expected to have a high level of department specific knowledge. |

Required Minimum Qualifications: ⦁ Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years’ working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements; or any equivalent combination of education and work-related working experience |

Preferred Qualifications: ⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience in a college or university setting related to the Essential Performance Requirements |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ⦁ Knowledge of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, Texas Commission on Fire Protection (TCFP) requirements, and best practices in fire and rescue education |
