PsyD Program Administrative Assistant West LA Campus
Under the supervision of the PsyD Senior Program Administrator, the PsyD Administrative Assistant provides support on a broad range of tasks to the PsyD Program Director, faculty, staff and administration in order to accomplish the functions, goals and objectives of the Psychology Doctoral Program in the Psychology and Education Division. Tasks and responsibilities are determined by division priorities. The primary focus of the position is to support administrative activities to ensure that the functions, goals and objectives of the office are accomplished and PsyD Division faculty and students are supported. The PsyD Program Administrative Assistant works closely with the PsyD Senior Program Administrator, PsyD Program Director, the Associate Dean of Psychology, and the Psy.D. Executive Committee to support the effective administration of the Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) Program. The primary focus of the position is to assist in implementing the policies and procedures that govern the daily operation of program. Particular emphasis is placed on data and information management in student matriculation, clinical training and career progression.
Disaster Relief Clinic Staff Attorney Malibu Campus
The Staff Attorney will support the law practice of the Disaster Relief Clinic at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and its pro bono and clinical responses to the 2025 wildfires in Los Angeles and other natural disasters. The staff attorney will work under the supervision of the Director of the Disaster Relief Clinic and the Associate Dean of Clinical Education & Global Programs to practice law directly with clinic clients and supervise volunteer law students. The Clinic’s teaching practice includes legal services to clients who lost their homes or property in recent wildfires in Los Angeles, including education, advice, counsel, and advocacy on FEMA applications and appeals, insurance matters, housing issues, and rebuilding questions. The Disaster Relief Clinic is a component of the Program of Clinical Education and the Pro Bono Programs at the School of Law. Through the pro bono programs, law students volunteer to handle basic legal matters under supervision of the director and other faculty. In the clinical course, enrolled students earn credit for a greater volume of supervised, focused work on more complex and demanding matters. The staff attorney will work with the Director to supervise pro bono students’ work in Spring 2025 and Summer 2025. Pending additional funding, the staff attorney will assist the Director in the Disaster Relief Clinic course in Fall 2025 and Spring 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for practice law for pro bono and clinic clients in the Disaster Relief Clinic under the management of the Director and for supervising students in legal work in the Disaster Relief Clinic and its associated programs. The position is an appointment through July 2025, with the possibility of an extension through May 2026, pending anticipated funding.

This includes enabling our community to take proactive security measures, monitoring and assessing the environment, and managing security efforts in both academic and administrative areas. Pool Manager Malibu Campus
The University Pool Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the university’s swimming pool and related aquatic facilities. This role involves ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all users, including student athletes, students, staff, and community members. The Pool Manager will supervise pool staff, coordinate maintenance schedules, manage pool safety protocols, and ensure compliance with university policies and local regulations. The Pool Manager will be responsible for athletics event coordination and management. The role will collaborate with Campus Special Programs and outside requests for pool use. The position will act independently and make critical judgments in an emergency condition at the pool facility.
