Student Services and Enrollment Specialist Malibu Campus
This position serves as our primary point of contact for all student related inquiries and needs. They will be involved in some elements of the admissions process for certain types of students, and responsible for providing guidance and support to students pursuing an in person degree or certificate administered through Graduate Law Programs and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. The Associate Director of Straus Degree Programs relies on this person to advise students on degree requirements, monitor students' progress and assist in the general planning of their time at Pepperdine. This person will assist with arrivals of international students, manage the logistics related to New Student Orientation, registration and graduation.
Manager of Straus Institute and Graduate Law Programs Malibu Campus
The Manager of Straus Institute and Graduate Law Programs will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of the professional training programs and events offered by the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution as well as academic events related to the Law School's online and in person degree programs. These academic events include the on-campus weekend residency programs, international study tours at our various global program locations, graduation ceremonies/receptions, and faculty luncheons. Strong project management skills are essential and marketing experience is a plus. This individual will report to the Senior Associate Director of Straus Institute and Graduate Law Programs and work collaboratively with the Director of Online Programs, the Executive Director of Graduate Law Programs, Sr. Director of Strategic Development and Global Expansion, SOL leadership and staff, key faculty members and our online program partners to bring these events to life. The person in this role should be entrepreneurial and energetic with keen attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Great problem solving skills and ability to be flexible are critical to this role.
Building Maintenance Technician Malibu Campus

Program Assistant: Foster Grandparents Program West LA Campus
The Foster Grandparent Program (FGP) is a grant-funded program managed under the auspices of Pepperdine’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology. The Program Assistant provides case management and volunteer support. Together with the Program Administrator, the Program Assistant provides oversight of approximately 150+ volunteers placed at up to 20 stations located primarily in Service Planning Areas (SPA) 4, 6, 7 and 8. The Program Assistant performs administrative duties, such as: answering phones and emails, filing, and managing schedules, while also assisting with volunteer and program support. Assist with the management of the software to facilitate program success (e,g. GoCo, Venngage, AlertMedia, ADP, Live25, PeopleSoft, and FGP webpage). The Program Assistant is to help ensure that all of the files are compliant and audit-ready per federal, state, and local requirements.
Account Resolution Counselor Calabasas Campus
The Account Resolution Counselor's primary responsibility is to collect funds related to delinquent student loans and student receivables, deliver professional customer service to student borrowers and alumni, advise and assist regarding financial options following the University policies and federal regulations, review and process deferment and forbearance requests.
Athletic Director Malibu Campus
The purpose of the Athletic Director is to provide effective and inspirational leadership for Pepperdine’s Department of Athletics. This position is the chief administrator for athletics with responsibility for the overall intercollegiate athletics program at Pepperdine. The Assistant Director of Academic Excellence works under the supervision of the Director of Bar Preparation in the law school’s standard-setting academic mastery and bar preparation programs. He or she teaches in the program’s courses and counsels and mentors students and alumni through various other programs and initiatives. He or she also works collaboratively with faculty and other members of the law school administration and staff in developing student confidence and expertise with test-taking, legal writing and ultimately, in the state bar exam.
