Total Compensation Manager Malibu Campus
The Total Compensation Manager serves to administer the University's healthcare, retirement, and voluntary benefit programs. Landscaper Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Lead Landscaper in the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), performs all aspects of University grounds maintenance for the Landscape Services division to ensure an aesthetically pleasing, safe, and clean University environment. Collaborate with DFS and other University departments to complete assignments in a high quality and timely manner.
Makerspace Specialist Malibu Campus
Working closely with both the Director of the Genesis Lab and the Drescher Graduate Campus Librarian, the Makerspace Specialist is responsible for maintaining Pepperdine Libraries’ makerspaces and promoting the use of their emerging technologies to faculty, students, and staff. The Makerspace Specialist works in the Payson Library Genesis Lab Makerspace and the new Drescher Library iLab, which are both located on Pepperdine University’s Malibu campus. The Genesis Lab is Pepperdine Libraries' flagship makerspace and home for emerging technologies. An array of high-tech and low-tech resources are available, inviting creative minds to utilize technology in this innovative space. Its resources can be accessed for academic projects, personal projects, or general exploration. The Drescher Library iLab, an innovation lab geared toward graduate students and faculty, is anticipated to open in Fall 2022. This new initiative presents an exciting opportunity for the person in this position to contribute ideas and shape the offerings of the iLab. The ideal candidate for this position has a desire to learn and develop new skills related to emerging technologies. While the candidate should have demonstrated experience in this area, on the job training will be provided for any gaps in technological knowledge or skills. Current undergraduate students with an anticipated graduation date of Spring/Summer 2022 are welcome to apply; part-time work may be available in anticipation of degree completion.
Coordinator, Recruitment Malibu Campus
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Recruitment department through efficient management of resources, excellent customer service and effective coordination of assigned tasks. Graduate Programs Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Graduate Programs Coordinator reports to the Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives and provides support for three graduate law programs and one J.D. certificate program: an online Master's Degree in Legal Studies; an online Master's Degree in Dispute Resolution; an online Master of Laws (LLM) in Dispute Resolution; and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Entertainment, Media and Sports Law (EMS). The Program Coordinator is responsible for administrative duties associated with the marketing, recruitment, admissions, and student & faculty support aspects of the programs. This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organization and communication skills are essential. The Program Coordinator not only works with a large amount of information (processing and maintenance) but also represents the programs and School of Law to potential students while providing support to current students. The position would provide a great deal of variety in day-to-day work and room to grow based on your interests and skill sets.
Registered Nurse (RN) Malibu Campus
Performs a variety of medical back office duties and procedures at an expert technical level. The RN is the first line support for the medical practitioners and provides oversight for MAs. Performs nursing duties as triage, wound care, medication and immunization administration, and phlebotomy, point of care testing, patient education and emergency response. As a staff member in the Student Affairs department who works closely with students, this person serves as a Christian role model to students.
Multi-Craftsman II Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Manager of Maintenance Services and Supervisor of Maintenance Services for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with your colleagues, provide multi-craftsman oriented maintenance services to support University operations, including painting, carpentry, roofing, masonry, cabinetry, drywall, windows and coverings, and flooring. Complete repairs and renovation work utilizing plans, specifications, and verbal instructions. Collaborate with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver professional, quality results in a timely manner.
Director, Alumni Engagement Malibu Campus
Reporting to the Vice Chancellor for Engagement and Mass Appeal, the Director of Alumni Engagement is responsible for implementing the alumni engagement strategic plan and managing staff. Social Media Manager Calabasas Campus

Custodian II Malibu Campus
The Custodian Level II physically completes the various tasks required to maintain assigned buildings and areas, generally, but not exclusively, within the student residential community, in a clean and orderly condition. A person in this position engages in the work of cleaning campus facilities, according to instructions and/or documented best practices. This work includes performing heavy cleaning duties, such as: cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, cleaning showers and restroom, cleaning stoves and gas bar-b-que grills, cleaning laundry rooms, emptying all interior trash containers and removing litter and rubbish from building front and rear entrances. Duties also include reporting any safety concerns or unsafe conditions that require correction, or any other items needing repairs, immediately reporting any accidents or injuries to their supervisor, performing physical work to complete the cleaning of assigned area in the time allotted, advising lead when workload or conditions encountered will cause the assignment to not be completed in the allotted time, and accepting changes in work assignments demonstrating a commitment to flexibility and teamwork. The Custodian II is also responsible for ensuring that all work is accomplished in a safe manner at all times, in compliance with adopted standards, and for striving to produce the best possible results. This includes, but is not limited to, the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.) and the following of safe work practices. Occasionally, the work assigned to the Custodian II requires that person to work in facilities outside of the student residential community, sometimes including traveling to other locations. The work assigned to this position occurs within shared student living spaces. It is imperative that resident students, and their guests, are treated with utmost courtesy and that their privacy is respected at all times.
Program Assistant: Foster Grandparents Program West LA Campus
The Foster Grandparent Program (FGP) is a grant-funded program managed under the auspices of Pepperdine’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology. The Program Assistant provides case management and volunteer support. Together with the Program Administrator, the Program Assistant provides oversight of approximately 150+ volunteers placed at up to 20 stations located primarily in Service Planning Areas (SPA) 4, 6, 7 and 8. The Program Assistant performs administrative duties, such as: answering phones and emails, filing, and managing schedules, while also assisting with volunteer and program support. The Program Assistant is to help ensure that all of the files are compliant and audit-ready per federal, state, and local requirements.
Manager, Stewardship Malibu Campus
This individual in this role will manage and lead the implementation of stewardship programs for individuals and organizations funding scholarships throughout the five Pepperdine schools. In addition, this position manages correspondence to donors on behalf of the Vice President for Advancement and Chief Development Officer and audits and adjusts budgets to maintain annual payouts that collaborate with donor wishes and financial aid compliance for students at all five Pepperdine schools.

Administrative Assistant Malibu Campus
The Administrative Assistant will perform day-to-day administrative, special project, and clerical work essential for the smooth operation of the General Counsel Area (includes the Office of the General Counsel and Assurance and Advisory Services). The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and be able to work both independently and in collaboration with other areas of administration. This person must be exceedingly well-organized and enjoy the administrative challenges inherent in supporting an office with diverse projects and rapidly-changing priorities. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, while remaining positive, flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient is essential.
