Job Description

The Department of Population Health Sciences in the College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech is seeking a Market Assistant for the Empowering Healthy Lifestyles to Reduce Obesity in Petersburg, Virginia, to support the POP! Market.

Required Qualifications

Required qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current Virginia driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience working with produce markets and local vendors in the Petersburg, Virginia area
