Power System Engineer

As a part of LCRA's Transmission Protection and Metering team, your primary tasks will be to develop design drawings for LCRA TSC metering projects as well as develop relay and meter panel standard design templates. Transmission Line Engineering is seeking a motivated, passionate and enthusiastic engineer to perform transmission line operational and maintenance event reviews. In this role you will coordinate efforts that support the performance of forensics and root cause analysis and providing solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with staff from across LCRA, including management, and lead efforts that make a difference. You will also work to evaluate, validate and provide an engineered resolution to encroachments on our transmission lines.
