At LCRA, we are seeking a driven and detail-orientated individual for our Multi-craft lead position! This is an opportunity to join the mechanical maintenance team at Lost Pines Power Park. This role centers around maintaining critical infrastructure, coordinating, improving and implementing all phases of our mechanical maintenance program. Responsibilities include the upkeep, inspection and repair on all mechanical maintenance at three facilities: Lost Pines, Sim Gidion and Winchester Power Park. This position highlights the significance of expertise and hands-on experience in the field, offering continuous opportunities for skill development.

You will be trusted to:

- Review scheduled work orders with crews and highlights safety requirements or concerns for each scheduled job daily
- Provide technical guidance to crew members.
- Monitor the progress of assigned ongoing work and updates craft supervisor.
- Perform complex and detailed repairs, installation and maintenance of equipment in assigned area, which require extensive knowledge and experience.
- Verify that equipment repairs are completed, and equipment is ready for service prior to release back to operations.
- Ensure that an accurate record of work is recorded for each work order completed.

You qualify with:

- Six or more years of experience in power plant operations or power plant maintenance, or other relevant experience, including two or more years in the craft discipline in the assigned area of specialty.
- Driver’s license
