Job Summary/Basic Function
The Offensive Assistant Coach will assist the Head Football Coach and Offensive Coordinator in developing a quality NCAA Division I A Football program that will be competitive on the field and in the classroom while adhering to NCAA guidelines. This position focuses on achieving excellence in all phases of our program while cultivating a positive learning environment, managing daily functions with character, integrity, and pride, and working to fulfill professional obligations to the best of their ability. This role must accept the responsibility of being creative in thought and relentless in pursuit of efficiency in the task at hand or duties required. The Assistant Coach is an essential member of coaching support and will work closely with the offensive coaching staff to ensure data-driven decisions that contribute to a competitive advantage. They will provide critical support in scouting, recruiting, player retention, opponent analysis, and overall program efficiency, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of modern college football.
Required Education
Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree preferred.
Required Related Experience
Two years of High School, College, or Professional coaching and/or collegiate or professional competition experience required.
Desirable Related Experience
Four years of high school, NCAA college, or professional coaching and/or collegiate and/or professional competition experience is preferred.
