At Possability Group, we’re on the lookout for an experienced and visionary Salesforce Product Owner to take charge of our Salesforce-based Lumery Platform—a system at the heart of supporting our disability services.

Key Responsibilities
Define and Own the Vision
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap for the Salesforce-based Lumery Platform
- Ensure strategic alignment with Possability’s business objectives and NDIS service needs
Lead Collaboration Across the Organisation
- Engage with internal stakeholders including the NDIS Leadership Team, Marketing, and Finance to gather insights, define priorities, and align goals
- Act as the voice of the NDIS Team, ensuring the platform reflects their needs
- Work closely with Technology leaders including the CTO, CISO, Head of Infrastructure, and Head of Data Systems to ensure cohesive system design, security, and data flow
- Collaborate with external Salesforce partners, vendors, and retained service providers to deliver efficient and scalable solutions
Deliver and Optimise the System
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams (developers, analysts) to build, enhance, and support the Lumery Platform
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog—ensuring transparency, clarity, and alignment with business priorities
- Provide hands-on Salesforce development and support when needed
Champion Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Promote the adoption of new tools, models, and methodologies to drive platform capability and business value
- Identify opportunities to enhance system performance, integration, and user experience
- Foster a culture of ethical and secure data use
What You Bring
- 5+ years in Salesforce Admin, Developer, or Architect roles
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Dev, or Architect)
- Strong understanding of third-party integrations, especially Azure
- Agile methodology experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A Master’s in Information Systems or related field (preferred)
- Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Data Factory, Azure Datalake, and SQL (preferred)
