The Opportunity

The Scholarship Manager leads the Scholarship and Study Loans office which is responsible for the administration, maintenance and reporting of coursework scholarships, bursaries, sponsorships and study loans. The Manager oversees and manages the operations, business processes, performance and service delivery of the unit. The incumbent also provides advice and support to team members ensuring the team provides accurate advice, exemplary customer service and operates effectively and efficiently

Reporting line: The position reports to the Senior Manager, Student Administration under general direction.

The successful candidate will lead the development of efficient business processes, maintain compliance with partner agreements and institutional policies, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. With a focus on data-driven insights, this role will ensure the effective allocation of resources and continuous improvement of scholarship programs to support our students' success.
