The Manager oversees workload, workflow, performance, and service delivery to ensure efficient and effective operations. In addition to driving excellence in application processing and customer service, the role manages admission data analysis to support informed decision-making and leads the admission audit process to ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional standards. The incumbent collaborates closely with QAG and respective schools to identify, implement, and monitor process enhancements, ensuring continuous improvement in operational quality, accuracy, and service delivery.

The Assistant Manager responsible to manage the overall operational matters related to the assessment area. He/she is also responsible to assess applications into Monash University Malaysia campus degree courses and convert applications to Offers, providing expert advice on local and international qualifications to the stakeholders. This role must be able to demonstrate experience in the interpretation and application of academic and administrative policy and have the ability to come up with decisive decision making in relevance to assessment of academic qualifications. In the absence of the Manager, he/she will be required to perform all the tasks undertaken by the manager, lead the team and be able to address and solve complex situations with optimum solution. The incumbent must also be proactively involved in project(s) and process improvement exercises undertaken by the office but not limited to the entire Marketing & Future Students team and whole organization
Administrative Executive, Admission Main campus - Malaysia HEW 5
The Administrative Executive is responsible to assess applications into Monash University Malaysia campus degree courses and convert applications to Offers, providing expert advice on local and international qualifications to the stakeholders.  This role must be able to demonstrate experience in the interpretation and application of academic and administrative policy and have the ability to come up with decisive decision making in relevance to assessment of academic qualifications. This role also requires the incumbent to understand the educational system of Australia and Malaysia and other countries.  The incumbent is also responsible for professional engagements with internal units within the organization and with Monash University external stakeholders. The incumbent must also be proactively involved in project(s) and process improvement exercises undertaken by the office but not limited to the entire Marketing & Future Students team and whole organization.

Research Fellow - Fintech Lab Main campus - Malaysia Level B
The Postdoctoral Research Fellow (RF) is expected to advance the Fintech Lab’s mission to bridge academia and industry. A Level C academic is expected to make significant contributions to the teaching effort of a discipline, school, faculty or other organisational unit or an interdisciplinary area. An academic at this level is also expected to play a major role in scholarship, research and/or professional activities. The key result areas of Research, Teaching and Engagement are the basis for the primary duties and responsibilities of the role. A workload will be agreed upon annually with the Head of School during the Performance Development Plan process. Other duties may be required from time to time as directed by the Head of School.
