The Opportunity

The Academic Governance Specialist oversees and delivers assigned areas of work within the Academic and Research Governance portfolio, with a focus on School Reviews and institutional assurance activities. The role provides specialist governance advice, structured analysis, and coordination to ensure outputs are evidence-based, aligned with regulatory requirements, and support effective decision-making.

The role exercises professional judgment in managing governance processes and providing advice, with final institutional positions and directions determined at the appropriate leadership level.

Reporting line: The position reports to the Director, Quality and Governance
