This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining digital health across various digital platforms, ensuring attention to accessibility, user experience, SEO, brand guidelines, and proper use of institutional assets.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and organizational skills, a working understanding of HTML and CSS, and confidently be able to switch between various digital platforms on a regular basis.
A strong customer-centric approach to work is also required. This individual is responsible for working across multiple campus partners to help support their website needs. While campus partners can publish a certain level of content, to maintain digital health, the vast majority of content is vetted through this office. For this reason, this individual needs to be able to empower content editors to a degree that helps them operate efficiently while prioritizing support requests that need implemented through the office. The right candidate will show a balance of customer service and an ability to communicate a recommendation that best meets the challenge or objective at hand. |
