Leverage your strategic vision, creativity, and leadership skills to drive marketing initiatives that resonate with our diverse customer base across Australian and New Zealand airports and lead a dedicated team of marketing professionals, fostering a customer-centric approach and driving impactful campaigns that drive penetration, sales, and average transaction value across our stores and brands.

In this role you’ll:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the business’ commercial objectives.
  • Oversee all marketing activities, ensuring alignment across all functions.
  • Lead the creation, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, in-store promotions, and other relevant channels, ensuring they are data-driven, customer-focused, and optimised for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Track and analyse marketing performance.
  • Leverage market trends and customer insights.
  • Manage and foster strong relationships with airport marketing teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team and design resource, cultivating a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You’ll bring:

  • 5 to 10 years’ Marketing experience (FMCG highly regarded)
  • Proven analytical skills with sound commercial acumen
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities
  • Solid experience within the retail sphere
  • Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Confident communicator at all levels with strong interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications
