About the Role: As a Partner Performance Officer in our Personal Injury Claims (PIC) team, you’ll play a key role in managing relationships with key partners across Australia’s largest insurer. You will help ensure our partners meet performance expectations, deliver outstanding outcomes, and adhere to industry regulations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the Partner Performance team in driving excellent customer experiences, aligning with financial, service, and risk performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and analyse provider performance to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.
- Contribute to team goals and business priorities with a purposeful, results-driven mindset.
- Manage data quality and proactively identify and address potential risks.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills – both written and verbal.
- Proficient Excel skills – with the ability to interpret and analyse data.
- A solution-oriented attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management skills – building meaningful relationships both internally and externally.
- A deep understanding of the insurance industry, including products, market environments, and customer needs.
