About the role
As our business continues to grow and evolve, we’re seeking an experienced Process and Governance Specialist with strong strata property claims expertise to play a pivotal role within our Technical and Operations team in Commercial Claims.
In this hands-on position, you’ll design and govern the Claims processes while also helping shape and improve claims experience. You’ll act as an expert, providing guidance, advice, and support and contributing to a best-in-class claims experience.
What you'll do
- Support the Vero Specialty Lines claims from start to end
- Providing expert advice on governance
- Designing and documenting claims processes to drive efficiency and quality outcomes
- Building strong relationships
- Mentoring, training, and supporting the development of procedures
What you'll bring
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing property claims (with exposure to strata)
- Experience mentoring or training others (highly regarded)
- Strong governance and process writing experience
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
- Clear, confident communication skills
