About the role
As Manager, Enterprise Delivery & Enablement, you will lead a chapter of Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters and Delivery Coaches, supporting consistent, high‑quality delivery across complex initiatives. You will balance people leadership with deep delivery experience, strengthening capability, lifting performance, and stepping into delivery when required to stabilise or uplift priority work.
What you’ll do
- Lead and develop a chapter of delivery professionals, setting clear expectations, supporting growth, and addressing performance matters with confidence and care.
- Partner with senior technology and business leaders to align delivery capability with strategic priorities and evolving delivery needs.
- Embed consistent delivery practices and support uplift in agile maturity, team effectiveness, and delivery outcomes across the enterprise.
- Act as an escalation point for delivery and performance issues, providing practical guidance and timely intervention.
- Step into hands‑on delivery roles when required, such as Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Coach, to support at‑risk or high‑priority initiatives.
- Lead community‑based learning and capability uplift through Communities of Practice and targeted development initiatives.
What you’ll bring
- A strong mix of people leadership and delivery experience, with time spent in roles such as Project Manager, Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.
- Demonstrated experience managing performance and behavioural issues, including having constructive, outcome‑focused conversations.
- Proven ability to move between strategic leadership and hands‑on delivery to support teams and protect outcomes.
- Experience working within enterprise‑scale delivery environments using agile, hybrid, or lean delivery approaches.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes across technology and business teams.
- Experience leading capability uplift, coaching delivery practitioners, and supporting consistent ways of working.
