This full time role is based at our 990 La Trobe Street head office, with 60/40 split between office and home. Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Performance and Contracts, this is a pivotal role within the Business Performance & Contracts team.

As the Program Manager - Digital you will be responsible for ensuring programs, projects and business changes within the Digital portfolio are delivered to the Melbourne Water business and projected benefits are realised on time, on cost and on quality.

Lead the ongoing management and operational delivery of document and electronic content management platforms, with consideration of meeting information compliance requirements and delivering a great user experience.

The Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Lead is responsible for the delivery, scheduling and testing of Melbourne Water’s IT Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to ensure reliable, safe and consistent IT capability during a disaster or BCP event, with the support of third party managed service providers, professional service providers and other teams within the business.

This full time role is based from our Warburton Work Centre. Reporting to the Program Lead Delivery, this is a pivotal role within the Field Delivery South East Team. As the Crew Lead Civil with Fire you will be responsible for providing in field oversight of crews undertaking various on-ground activities which include civil maintenance, natural resources management, project works, bushfire response and preparedness activities on Melbourne Water’s Waterways and Land assets.

This role is critical in ensuring MW is helping to drive outcomes that are consistent with our business-wide strategic goals and solidifying MW’s position as a trusted advisor for water issues and the sector.
