About the role

The Maintenance Manager oversees all mobile plant and equipment on site whilst providing leadership and direction to all maintenance personnel including subcontractors.

 

In this role, you will;

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and practises and perform daily safety reviews.  
  • Manage operational risk.  
  • Ensure the asset integrity and sustainability of the operation through the implementation of asset management systems and protocols aligned to organisational requirements.  
  • Translate client and operational requirements into monthly, weekly and daily maintenance schedules and plans.  
  • Ensure full statutory compliance.  
  • Build strong team that will drive a high performance maintenance systems in a safe and efficient manner. 

About you

  • Relevant Trade Qualification.  
  • 5+ years Superintendent experience.  
  • 10+ years post trade experience 
  • Proven Team Leadership  
  • Management of budgets, Contract Management and Asset Management 
  • Maintenance planning.  
  • Commercial Management Reports.
