Senior Consultant, Diagnostics & Solutions

In the role of Senior Consultant, Diagnostics & Solutions role you will report to the Enterprise Head of Simplification Diagnostics and Solutions that’s doubling down on keeping it simple and winning together.

Each day you will go above and beyond to:

  • Diagnose and solve complex enterprise business problems across end to end processes  to simplify banking for the future through innovative solutions to support technology modernisation.  
  • Have demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams. Have exceptional leadership, influencing and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • With a focus on customer experience and business performance, be a seasoned delivery expert in data analytics, process reengineering and business performance improvement. Your outcomes will add significant value.
  • Have a passion for advancing and applying leading edge process intelligence, lean six sigma and consulting tools, methods and approaches.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • A history of demonstrated tangible benefits in process/business improvement.
  • A passion for data driven outcomes. Strong analytical cognitive skills and how it relates to business performance. Your great with numbers and have strong business acumen.
  • You will have a distinct skill at synthesising complex information so it makes sense to stakeholders
  • Have strong facilitation skills, resilience and are comfortable with ambiguity
  • Deep skills in Lean/Six Sigma, process mining, process improvement highly regarded.
  • Financial services, service industries or consulting experience preferred.
