Senior Consultant, Business Execution

As the Senior Consultant, Business Performance, you will:

  • Work as part of the Personal Everyday Banking (PEB) Business Execution team supporting business and transformational activities across the PEB Business Unit.
  • Monitor business performance across PEB through regular checkpoints of key business and performance indicators.
  • Own & maintain key business reports to support the execution of performance management in a timely fashion and offer insight that drives actions.
  • Contribute to the formulation of intervention strategies that course correct, and enable maximum realisation of value while minimising risk actively.
  • Support the preparation of PEBs consolidated investment ask and oversight of realisation of value.
  • Support the preparation of briefing papers, scorecards & reports for senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Champion operational, risk and control compliance and support the execution of harmonious business operations across PEB.

What you will bring  

  • Demonstrated experience working across a breadth of areas including strategy execution, business delivery, project and change management, and communications within a large complex organisation.
  • Proven business operational or performance management experience.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment with Financial Services experience preferred.
  • Project, program and portfolio management experience preferred.
  • Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, and strong stakeholder management experience at all levels.
