We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join the Markets Group in Private Wealth. You will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end capital markets transactions across Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Debt Capital Markets (DCM), and Alternative Investments (Alts) for private wealth clients. You will have a deep understanding of capital markets and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients.

In the role of a Senior Associate, you will join the Markets Group in Private Wealth that’s doubling down on owning it.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Lead the execution and distribution of capital markets transactions from origination to settlement, ensuring smooth syndication processes. 
• Provide pricing and structuring recommendations for Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Debt Capital Markets (DCM), and Alternative offerings.  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investment banks, issuers, institutional investors, and internal wealth advisors to enhance deal flow and market access.  
• Provide market intelligence, deal insights, and transaction updates to ensure best-in-class market access.  
• Continuously optimize operational workflows and trade execution processes to enhance efficiency and governance.  

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Proven experience working in markets ideally in wealth management or relevant capital markets role.
• Knowledge and understanding of syndicate processes, transactions and structuring.
• Familiarity in capital markets with expertise in ECM/DCM and/or Alternatives would be highly regarded.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time well.
