In this Director role, you will..

• Shape the future by developing and executing sector-specific strategies that enhance client coverage and deliver tangible customer outcomes 

• Design and implement transaction banking solutions that improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and risk management—all aligned with client objectives 

• Continuously optimise existing products and services through proactive engagement with internal business partners and operations teams 

• Be the go-to expert for service-related escalations, ensuring seamless SLA management and contract oversight 

• Empower clients with in-depth training on NAB e-channels and transactional products, enhancing their digital banking capabilities 

What you’ll bring..

• Leverage your strong business development expertise to identify new opportunities and expand NAB’s presence in the sector 

• Bring deep expertise in transaction banking, government, and/or business development, driving innovative solutions and growth 

• Ability to navigate complexity with ease—manage high-stakes client relationships with confidence and precision 

• Communication that impacts at both strategic and operational levels, influencing key internal and external stakeholders
