In this Associate Director role, you will:
- Bring the best of NAB to corporate customers through your relationship building qualities.
- Manage the execution of the industry growth plans to deliver on revenue associated with payments and liquidity management.
- Deliver bespoke frictionless Transaction Banking structures that provide financial and operational efficiencies for our clients.
- Execute on sector aligned product initiatives that compliment C&I strategic objectives at both a client and portfolio level.
- Deliver actionable Transaction Banking insights to both internal & external audiences.
- Communicate client feedback back into product for the continuous improvement and broader product roadmap/strategy.
- Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues, or breaches as they are identified (risk accountability forms part of all roles, as everyone is responsible for managing risk and compliance).
What you’ll bring:
- Proven knowledge and experience in transaction banking and an understanding of best practice capabilities, products, and processes
- A curious mindset in seeking out opportunities to increase share of wallet for corporate customers in the portfolio.
- Proven capability in managing complex client relationships and driving client advocacy.
- Demonstrated tenacity and resilience to increase enterprise value driven by working closely with and maintaining strong agreed strategy with the Corporate & Institutional Bank
- Ability to build and maintain effective and constructive working relationships with a range of senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong ability to communicate at both strategic and operational level internally and externally, making effective decisions balancing business and stakeholder needs.
