The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Team Leader to join our team. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring contract delivery, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality and compliance.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will work closely with, and manage a small team, providing guidance, support, and direction while also actively contributing to horticulture and mowing operations in the field.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting the Branch Manager with daily operational requirements
  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting a small team
  • Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to contract standards
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Promoting and upholding a positive safety culture
  • Using digital tools and systems to record work, compliance, and reporting


About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Excellent communication skills – both with your team and external customers
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using digital systems
  • A reliable and proactive work ethic
  • Experience in horticulture, mowing, or open space maintenance operations
  • A positive, people-focused attitude with the ability to motivate others


Essential Requirements

  • Current and valid driver’s licence
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
