We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator with relevant construction experience to join our WA Operations.

 About the Role

As our Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our projects stay on track and within budget. From managing contract administration and procurement to working closely with clients, subcontractors, and your teammates, you’ll be a vital part of the success of our WA operations.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for our talent pool and future positions, you will require:

  • Experience: 3+ years in contracts management on building projects up to $100 million.
  • Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction or a related field.
  • People skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Commercial savvy: You’ve got excellent cost management experience and the negotiation skills to make things happen.
  • Self-motivated: You’re highly organized, driven, and committed to delivering top-quality work while keeping safety at the forefront.
  • Proven ability to drive and deliver successful projects
  • Demonstrable understanding of safety, health and environment best practice
  • Solid communication and management skills
