Your Role
As Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering a world-class infrastructure project:
- Maintaining a comprehensive working knowledge of the contract, the specifications, the EBA and safety and environmental regulations
- Effectively coordinating and supervising the utilisation of all on-site resources for the project
- Ensuring all workers are inducted onto site before commencing work
- Monitoring construction progress and compliance to safety and environmental standards
- Ensuring accurate timesheets are submitted to the pay office within specified timeframes
- Managing site security and material/plant deliveries and storage and general housekeeping
- Ensure all operations are performed in accordance with agreed safe methods of work
- Forward planning daily/weekly/monthly construction work including resource requirements and trade coordination
What We’re Looking For
- AQF Certificate III in Construction (or equivalent)
- Minimum 12 years relevant experience with a minimum 2 years' experience as a Supervisor
- Proven ability to manage resources and deliver works up to $10M.
- Strong planning skills (up to 4 weeks ahead) and commercial awareness.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
