Our Civil Production team is seeking a permanent full-time Track Worker to join our Gracemere team. No rail experience? No problem. We provide full training and support to help you succeed.
In this role, you'll work as part of a diverse and inclusive team, travelling across Queensland to help maintain and improve our rail network. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include track maintenance, record keeping, supporting skilled tradespeople and operating specialised on-track machinery.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Facilitate and contribute to safety and environmental performance targets through active participation in safe working behaviours
- Undertake infrastructure track maintenance to specified plans
- Report on actual work performed against the scheduled work program
About you:
- Minimum Certificate II Rail Infrastructure - or able to obtain through training
- HC Licence - (preferred)
- Welding ticket - (preferred)
- Excavator & Loader ticket - (preferred)
- Previous employment history within the Rail industry (preferred)
- Ability to work away from home on a variable roster continually
