The Opportunity

Play a vital role supporting a nationally recognised research network improving musculoskeletal health outcomes across Australia and New Zealand. As Administrative Officer for the ANZMUSC Clinical Trials Network, you’ll provide expert support across communications, online platforms, events and research coordination. You’ll be part of the Musculoskeletal Health and Wiser Healthcare Units, contributing to impactful research and policy translation at one of the Asia-Pacific’s largest public health schools.

About the Role

Monash University’s School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine is home to internationally recognised programs in epidemiology, biostatistics, implementation science and clinical trials. The ANZMUSC Clinical Trials Network, a Centre of Research Excellence, is a multidisciplinary collaboration of clinicians, researchers and consumers focused on improving musculoskeletal care through high-quality research and evidence translation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communications including newsletters, website updates, and social media
  • Support delivery of major events such as the Annual Scientific Meeting
  • Manage documentation, assist with research administration and committee logistics
  • Contribute to e-learning platform delivery and stakeholder engagement
  • Provide friendly, timely support to staff, researchers, and consumers

About You

You’ll bring:

  • A tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated experience in a comparable administrative or communications role
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong digital literacy and experience with platforms such as Microsoft Office and content management systems
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with a commitment to service excellence
