Utilize Your Nursing Expertise: Join Our Home Care Team!

We're looking for skilled Clinical, Registered, and Enrolled Nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in home settings. If you're passionate about supporting independence and well-being, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

The Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C) provides nursing services across various health service settings, leveraging consolidated experience and further study to advance from competent to proficient practice. This role involves accepting accountability for personal practice standards, overseeing delegated tasks, and guiding the development of less experienced staff. While primarily clinical, the Clinical Nurse also assumes portfolio responsibilities that are negotiated and aligned with individual career development plans.

The Registered Nurse (RN/M1) delivers nursing and/or midwifery services within community health service settings. Through continuous professional development and experience, individuals in this role progress from novice to proficient practitioners. They are accountable for their own nursing/midwifery standards and for the tasks they delegate to others.

The Enrolled Nurse (ENC/END) supports the Registered Nurse/Midwife in providing person-centered care, ensuring adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements. Practicing at novice to proficient levels, the Enrolled Nurse works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse/Midwife, while maintaining responsibility for their own actions. Work assignments are determined through negotiation with the Nurse Unit Manager, in consultation with Program Nurses.
