About the role

Provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to Child and Family Health Service offices across SA. Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will coordinate enquiries, appointments, records, and data systems to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key duties of the role

  • Deliver front desk and phone customer service
  • Manage client enquiries and direct appropriately
  • Coordinate bookings, referrals, and cancellations
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and files
  • Support meetings, mail, equipment, and office functions
  • Intra-regional administrative support, travel may be required. 

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in administration or customer service (2+ years)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems, experience in EMR desirable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
  • Knowledge of health or community services desirable
