Join the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network (YNLHN) as an Administration Officer within the Mental Health team, where your organisational skills and commitment to service excellence will directly support high-quality care for consumers, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional administrative and secretarial support, including preparing documents and minutes.
  • Maintain accurate records and support efficient information flow.
  • Manage enquiries, liaise with stakeholders, and coordinate appointments.
  • Assist with reception duties, correspondence, and office supply management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, WHS compliance, and culturally sensitive service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an organised, adaptable administrator with experience delivering high-quality administrative support, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records. You’ll be confident using Microsoft Office applications and working within a busy, diverse team. Experience working with Aboriginal consumers and a commitment to culturally sensitive service delivery will be highly valued. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and dedication to supporting mental health care will help you thrive in this role.
