Step into a rewarding role supporting residents in our Residential Care Home, where you’ll provide compassionate, person-centred care while contributing to a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility, including transfers and feeding where required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of residents’ environment, including bed making and distribution of laundry.
  • Support residents with nutrition, hydration, and continence management.
  • Help provide diversional therapy, leisure, and lifestyle activities for residents.
  • Prepare and assist with meals, including setting up dining areas and returning dishes.
  • Record observations and maintain routine documentation according to established procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement and risk management initiatives within the facility.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Do you hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent?
  • Do you have experience providing direct care services in a health or residential care setting?
  • Are you confident assisting aged, frail, or disabled residents with daily activities?
  • Do you have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, to support documentation and reporting?
  • Are you compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering safe and high-quality care to residents?
