About the Role:

Join our dedicated team within Surgical Ward 2C as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, where you have the opportunity to advance your nursing leadership career.  2C is a 29-bed ward mainly specialising in Orthopaedics.

In this role, you will support the Nurse Unit Manager in overseeing a busy surgical ward, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient ward operations. You will lead a skilled nursing team, coordinate patient flow and contribute to clinical governance initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
