Step into a key financial support role where your accuracy, organisation, and customer service skills keep essential hospital billing and revenue processes running smoothly. As a Revenue Officer, you will ensure timely invoicing, debt management, and cashier operations that support the efficient running of our Medical Records Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and submit invoices to health funds and third parties.
  • Follow up on outstanding patient accounts and prepare adjustments.
  • Receive and process payments, manage daily cash reconciliation, and complete banking.
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records in line with policies and procedures.

Our Organisation

We serve a population of over 67,000 people in the Limestone Coast, as well as residents from Western Victoria. We employ over 1400 people, with 1.2% identifying as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and we are also supported by a team of approximately 600 hardworking volunteers.
