  • Ongoing Part Time role working 60.8 hours per fortnight over a 5-day roster

Join a supportive and community-focused health service as a Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in assisting programs that enhance residents’ daily experiences. You’ll gain hands-on experience delivering therapeutic and social activities while contributing to a safe, caring, and person-centred environment.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

  • Assist in delivering engaging leisure and lifestyle programs, including group and individual activities tailored to residents’ needs.
  • Support residents’ independence and wellbeing by providing emotional, cognitive, and social stimulation.
  • Collaborate with nursing and support staff to identify resident needs, maintain safe environments, and support holistic care.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, WHS compliance, and a positive, inclusive team culture.
