About the role

Join SA Pathology as a Senior Calibration Engineering Technician and play a key role in ensuring critical biomedical equipment operates safely and accurately. In this hands-on role, you will calibrate, maintain and repair a wide range of devices and instrumentation, supporting reliable laboratory services and patient care outcomes.

Working within a small multidisciplinary team, you will apply advanced technical expertise to deliver high quality service, contribute to continuous improvement and liaise with laboratory staff, contractors and external partners. You will take on significant technical responsibility, helping maintain standards and support efficient, responsive service delivery.

About You

You are a highly skilled technical specialist who delivers reliable, high-quality calibration services and thrives in a hands-on environment. You bring strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail and a commitment to safe, compliant practice.

• Relevant technical qualification in engineering or similar field
• Extensive experience maintaining and repairing complex equipment
• Strong problem solving, analysis and technical report skills
• Work independently and contribute effectively within a team
