About the Role
Support a busy Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Optimisation team to keep systems and communication running smoothly. You’ll manage correspondence, build strong relationships and help deliver effective training support, ensuring clinicians and teams get what they need, when they need it.

  • Manage clinical correspondence for internal and external providers
  • Support EMR training and optimisation activities
  • Coordinate daily workload and team priorities
  • Liaise with clinical and admin staff across services
  • Maintain accurate records and efficient admin processes

About You
You’re organised, approachable and ready to support a fast-paced EMR team with confidence and care.

  • Use MS Office and records systems with accuracy
  • Organise tasks, meet deadlines and juggle priorities
  • Communicate clearly with staff, patients and providers
  • Show initiative, sound judgement and team focus
  • Handle confidential info with care and discretion
